Proviron (mesterolone) is basically an orally active DHT (dihydrotestosterone) preparation.Also, Proviron is quite unique in that a simple look at its 4-ring structure will show us that it is not going to be too liver toxic, since it is not c17-Alpha-Alkylated, as many orals are.More importantly, however, it has a very high affinity for binding to the aromatase enzyme (the enzyme responsible for converting all that good testosterone in your body into all that nasty estrogen). It should also be noted that Proviron also binds
very well to SHBG (sex hormone binding globulin, a hormone responsible for reducing the amount of circulating free testosterone in your body) .So what we have here is a steroid that can basically make other steroids more effective by preventing their conversion into estrogen, as well as increasing the amount of circulating free testosterone in your body. This of course all provides a more hardened and quality look to muscles. Proviron is very much a “synergistic” drug in this respect, and its inclusion in any cycle would definitely make all of the other steroids perform better, and provide better gains. Unfortunately, this stuff is not too hot on it’s own. It’s a good drug for inclusion in a cycle containing testosterone and other armoatizable steroids, and it’s a good drug for a possible “bridge” between cycles.

Side effects :

Headache, depression, feeling sick, changes in sexual desire, enlarged breasts (in men), anxiety, feeling of weakness, swollen ankles, increased hair growth, baldness, excessively oily skin, acne, pins and needles, erections may be more frequent and last longer, early puberty..

Proviron Dosage:

A daily dose of between 50mg per day at a minimum, up to 150mg per day maximum is more than sufficient for the mitigation of estrogen related effects like water retention.

All experience levels from beginners right up to advanced users will want to stay within the same dosage range for Proviron, with 50mg daily being the minimum dose and 150mg daily as the maximum. Even though Proviron is considered quite safe up to 250mg per day, going beyond 150mg each day comes with little to no increased benefits but a higher risk of negative side effects and such high doses are only considered by the most advanced and competitive of users.
